Great hats and quality!

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. this year I order my biggest order ever. over 29,000 usd and I barely receive any communication it took almost 1 month to finalize the order. I didn’t receive proper proofs. colors on jerseys came incorrect. pant shells were missing and some pairs were broken and the order didn’t arrive on time when they promised it would. I have been trying to resolve the issue with the supplier and they don’t respond and I’ve asked to speak to a manager and no one from the company responds when I email them
